                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY 
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF AMNICOLA HIGHWAY AND 
                   HIGHWAY 153 MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED 
                   HEREIN ON SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 1992 FOR THE 
                   "CHATTANOOGA TRACK CLUB TRIATHALON" 
                   SPONSORED BY THE CHATTANOOGA TRACK CLUB.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is authorized the 
       temporary closing of westbound Amnicola Highway between Kings 
       Point Road and the ramp to State Highway 153, the temporary 
       closure of the northbound lane adjacent to the shoulder of State 
       Highway 153 between Amnicola Highway and Boy Scout Road, the 
       temporary closure of the southbound lane adjacent to the shoulder 
       of State Highway 153 between Boy Scout Road and Amnicola Highway, 
       and the temporary closure of the westbound curblane of Amnicola 
       Highway between State Highway 153 and the north entrance to the 
       Riverpark from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 1992 
       provided that the sponsors shall set out and pick up all flasher 
       barricades and traffic control signs in accordance with the 
       traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all 
       times, an access lane for emergency vehicles.
